ToolsTree grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our developer tools for personal and professional software engineering purposes. All processing executes locally in your browser, and no source code, data, or files processed through the tools are owned by or stored on our platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The code, structure, visual theme, styles, command palette components, design system configurations, and overall software packaging of ToolsTree are the property of ToolsTree and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our workspace structures without express written consent.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the tools to generate malicious content, execute automated queries that flood the static resource delivery networks, or attempt to compromise the security headers. You are fully responsible for the inputs and outputs generated by the tools.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and tools on ToolsTree are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be completely bug-free, precise, or available at all times.
